  14. before   you  buy"   shareware
  15. version of THE COLOR WIZARD is
  16. to give you a chance to decide
  17. whether  or  not you  want  to
  18. order the registered version.

  20. The  shareware version  allows
  21. you  to color only  the  first
  22. two   screens,  but   if   you
  23. register you can color ALL TEN
  24. SCREENS in each coloring book.

  225. DISTRIBUTING THE COLOR WIZARD

  227. Anyone   distributing   Imagi-
  228. SOFT's Shareware Products  for
  229. any kind of remuneration  MUST
  230. agree with the following terms
  231. and   conditions   prior    to
  232. distributing them:

  234. 1. The distributor  recognizes
  235. that ImagiSOFT, Inc. owns  all
  236. rights     for     ImagiSOFT's
  237. Shareware Products,  including
  238. distribution rights.

  240. 2. The distributor agrees that
  241. ImagiSOFT,  Inc. can  withdraw
  242. its  permission to  distribute
  243. ImagiSOFT's Shareware Products
  244. at any time.

  246. 3. When requested to do so  in
  247. writing   by  ImagiSOFT,   the
  248. distributor     agrees      to
  249. discontinue  distributing  the
  250. old    version    and    begin
  251. distributing  the new  version
  252. of   any   ImagiSOFT   product
  253. within sixty days.

  255. 4.  The distributor agrees  to
  256. use  the name  "ImagiSOFT"  in
  257. all   printed  or   electronic
  258. product descriptions.

  260. 5.   The   distributor    will
  261. attempt    to   educate    the
  262. prospective  buyer  about  the
  263. shareware   concept   in   its
  264. printed     literature      or
  265. packaging.   These   materials
  266. must  inform the user that  if
  267. they  find shareware  programs
  268. useful,  they should  pay  the
  269. registration fee. In no  event
  270. will a distributor be  allowed
  271. to  state  or imply  that  the
  272. user  is "buying"  ImagiSOFT's
  273. Shareware  Products  or   that
  274. ImagiSOFT's Shareware Products
  275. is  in the public  domain,  or
  276. "free" software.

  278. 6. The distributor  recognizes
  279. that  its right to  distribute
  280. ImagiSOFT's Shareware Products
  281. is nonexclusive.

  283. 7.  ImagiSOFT products may  be
  284. distributed     via     CD-ROM
  285. provided  that the total  cost
  286. for the CD-ROM does not exceed
  287. $.50 per shareware program.

  289. 8.   Distributors   may    not
  290. manufacture, package, vend, or
  291. distribute         ImagiSOFT's
  292. Shareware Products in any form
  293. to  end  users for  more  than
  294. $10.00 per copy without  prior
  295. written  permission.    Retail
  296. Rack   vendors  must  sign   a
  297. written agreement in any case.
